Elle est située à deux cents mètres des commerçants : boucher, boulanger, à 600 mètres d’un primeur et de tous autres commerces,

–  à 700 mètres du supermarché Casino.
– à 5 km d’un hypermarché Carrefour, Decathlon, et de tout autre grand magasin de chaîne.

La villa est à 800 mètres des plages sablonneuses de Juan les Pins, tant privées que publiques.

Between the undersigned,

and Mr/Mrs
Client

the following terms and conditions have been agreed : Mrs BERTRAND rents, for the time indicated below, the furnished property situated at L’ADRET – 557 chemin de Vallauris – 06160 JUAN LES PINS which is for a maximum of Five/six people.

DURATION OF THE RENTAL
This rental is for the period of…SATURDAY …………………………. to..SATURDAY ……………………………….
It begins at..2 pm. hours on…the ………………………… and will end at.9 am.. hours on…the ………………………… at which time the property must be vacated.

The client must recognise that the property is only rented as temporary accommodation for an agreed duration. Extension of this may not be possible and would be the subject of another contract.

PRICE OF THE RENTAL AND RESERVATION
The price of the rental for this period is …………………….. Euros with a deposit of ………………………. The reservation is only accepted on receipt of the deposit. The remainder of the rental fee must be paid on arrival. Foreign cheques are acceptable ONLY FOR THE DEPOSIT.

CHARGES FOR SERVICES

* These are not included in the rental fee.

VISITOR’S TAXES
St Gervais, like all tourist areas, charges visitor taxes of ONE €/night for adults, children are free under thirteen years. These will be received by the proprietor (in addition to the rental) on behalf of The Antibes Council.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
A description fo the property, with an inventory of furniture and kitchen ustensils, will be given to the client on arrival. A deposit of ……………………………is required on arrival, which will be returned at the end of the rental if there is no damage and nothing missing, and if the number of people staying has not exceeded the number agreed. (see below).

FINAL CLEANING
For the cleaning : 75 € will be charged and given to the lady who welcomes you.

The property must not be occupied by more people than specified in this agreement, unless separately agreed with the proprietor

The rental includes the provision of blankets, bolsters, or pillows, crockery, cutlery, and a cooker (sheets, pillow cases and towels are not provided).

In NO CIRCUMSTANCES is camping allowed in the grounds of the property.

In the case of a malfunction of one of the electrical machines, the proprietor must be notified and he will arrange for repair as soon as possible. In these circumstances there will be no reduction in the rental fee.

The client must not sub-let the property and is responsible for any damage he causes to the property or surrounding properties, and must have a responsible insurance. Personal items are not insured by the owner.

Any dispute regarding the interpretation of this contract will be subject to arbitration by the Tribunal of Bonneville – 74 –

The are two copies of this agreement, one to be signed and returned to the proprietor.
