Situated on “route des Amerands” on a ground of more than 3000 sqm, the chalet has two flats.
The second floor is for the owners.
The first floor is for you and receive maximum four people. It is next to the forest des Amerands, after 1,5 m you arrive by foot at the gondolas of St Gervais. Maybe you will be able to see mountain goats in early mornings. They are living not far in a second forest, and so many birds.

• 4 km from the thermal where you can have “remises en forme”, the shuttle comes and pick you up in the afternoon.

A car is necessary, like this you can enjoy the surroundings of St Gervais : Chamonix – 25 km, Megève – 9 km, Annecy – 83 km, Switzerland : Martigny and wonderful arts exhibitions – 60 km, Geneva – 63 km, Italy : Courmayeur : 30 km, Aoste – 60 km…) but many walks start from the chalet and reach Combloux, Passy’s lake, Bettex and the center of the village.

Before the terrass you have a big window to appreciate the panorama, and in summer garden set for outside.
Kitchen corner : gas cooker with oven, micro-oven, freeze… and all electric things : boiler, coffee, grill…

Behind a curtain : one bed-settee sleeps one or two people.

Please print the contract in duplicate, and fill in each copy carefully :
– Specify your details (name, address, telephone number, cellular and e-mail),
– Specify the start and end dates of your stay,
– Specify the total amount of the rent according to Mme Bertrand,
– Please read the general rental terms and conditions carefully, specify date and put read and approved above your signature.
Once the rental contract is filled correctly, please send us the two copies. A deposit of 30 % is to be sent to the given bank account in advance in the same time.
The reservation is only accepted on receipt of the deposit. The remainder of the rental fee must be paid on arrival. A copy of the contract, signed by us, will be returned to you as soon as possible and will serve as confirmation.

the following terms and conditions have been agreed : Mrs BERTRAND rents, for the time indicated below,the furnished property situated at LE RANCH 1164 route des Amerands – 74170 ST GERVAIS which is for a maximum of FOUR people.
DURATION OF THE RENTAL

The client must recognise that the property is only rented as temporary accommodation for an agreed duration. Extension of this may not be possible and would be the subject of another contract.
PRICE OF THE RENTAL AND RESERVATION

VISITOR’S TAXES
St Gervais, like all tourist areas, charges visitor taxes of 0,90 €/night for adults, children are free under thirteen years. These will be received by the proprietor (in addition to the rental) on behalf of The St Gervais Council.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
A description fo the property, with an inventory of furniture and kitchen ustensils, will be given to the client on arrival. A deposit of ……………………………is required on arrival, which will be returned at the end of the rental if there is no damage and nothing missing, and if the number of people staying has not exceeded the number agreed. (see below).
CLEANING :
for the cleaning : 36 € will be charged.
The property must not be occupied by more people than specified in this agreement, unless separately agreed with the proprietor
The rental includes the provision of blankets, bolsters, or pillows, crockery, cutlery, and a cooker (sheets, pillow cases and towels are not provided).
In NO CIRCUMSTANCES is camping allowed in the grounds of the property.
In the case of a malfunction of one of the electrical machines, the proprietor must be notified and he will arrange for repair as soon as possible. In these circumstances there will be no reduction in the rental fee.
The client must not sub-let the property and is responsible for any damage he causes to the property or surrounding properties, and must have a responsible insurance. Personal items are not insured by the owner.
Any dispute regarding the interpretation of this contract will be subject to arbitration by the Tribunal of Bonneville – 74 –
The are two copies of this agreement, one to be signed and returned to the proprietor.
