The “Manege”

MANEGE is a part of three chalets.

= Can be rent one, two or three, receiving : 6, 10 or 15 people. You can eat all together in one dining-room.

FIRST FLOOR
Before the terrass you have a big window to appreciate the panorama, and in summer armchairs for outside.

Kitchen corner : electric cooker with oven, micro-oven, freez, dish-washer… and all electric things : boiler, coffee-machine, grill…
Living-room with a bed-settee (this can be used as a double or two single beds)

Shower-room : shower, washstand, and toilets.

SECOND FLOOR
1 bedroom with a double bed

After important renewal at the end of 2010, each chalet le Manege has now a second small bedroom (window you can’t open) with two single beds

Another small room with washbasin and toilets.

A washing-machine is provided next to the Manege, but only during Summer.

Situated at 800 meters high, and a surface of 42 square meters,
Manege (is a twin chalet, in a part of three) welcomes 5 or 6 people.
Easy access, as park places is besides a small road (snowplow comes when necessary)



Your favorite friends with four legs are welcome. If you want it is possible to have the last house keeping done, and also the rental of sheets and towels. You can book 1, 2 or 3 chalets, you go from one to the other without going out, as you have a commun entrance. You can eat till 15 people in one or the other dining room. Each chalet has its private terrasse, in summer with the garden set.)

Each chalet has :
on the first floor : dining-room, american kitchen, and shower-room.

On the 2d floor : a small bedroom with a queen size bed, another bedroom/cabin with 2 single beds, toilets and washstand.

Please Note : The owner of this property accepts payment in the original currency specified (Euros), before use of conversion tool. The owner may accept other currencies if specifically agreed in advance.

RENTAL CONTRACT

Between the undersigned,
Véronique BERTRAND – 1164 route des Amerands – 74170 SAINT GERVAIS,
Proprietor
and Mr/Mrs
Client

the following terms and conditions have been agreed : Mrs BERTRAND rents, for the time indicated below,
the furnished property situated at LE MANEGE – 110 route de Vervex – 74170 ST GERVAIS
which is for a maximum of 6 people.

DURATION OF THE RENTAL
This rental is for the period of…SATURDAY …………………………. to..SATURDAY ……………………………….
It begins at..2 pm. hours on…the ………………………… and will end at.9 am.. hours on…the ………………………… at which time the property must be vacated.

The client must recognise that the property is only rented as temporary accommodation for an agreed duration. Extension of this may not be possible and would be the subject of another contract.

PRICE OF THE RENTAL AND RESERVATION
The price of the rental for this period is …………………….. Euros with a deposit of ………………………. The reservation is only accepted on receipt of the deposit. The remainder of the rental fee must be paid on arrival. Foreign cheques are acceptable ONLY FOR THE DEPOSIT.

VISITOR’S TAXES
St Gervais, like all tourist areas, charges visitor taxes of 0,90€ /night for adults, children are free under thirteen years. These will be received by the proprietor (in addition to the rental) on behalf of The St Gervais Council.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
A description fo the property, with an inventory of furniture and kitchen ustensils, will be given to the client on arrival. A deposit of ……………………………is required on arrival, which will be returned at the end of the rental if there is no damage and nothing missing, and if the number of people staying has not exceeded the number agreed. (see below).

CLEANING
for the cleaning : 36 € will be charged.

The property must not be occupied by more people than specified in this agreement, unless separately agreed with the proprietor

The rental includes the provision of blankets, bolsters, or pillows, crockery, cutlery, and a cooker (sheets, pillow cases and towels are not provided).

In NO CIRCUMSTANCES is camping allowed in the grounds of the property.

In the case of a malfunction of one of the electrical machines, the proprietor must be notified and he will arrange for repair as soon as possible. In these circumstances there will be no reduction in the rental fee.

The client must not sub-let the property and is responsible for any damage he causes to the property or surrounding properties, and must have a responsible insurance. Personal items are not insured by the owner.

Any dispute regarding the interpretation of this contract will be subject to arbitration by the Tribunal of Bonneville – 74 –

The are two copies of this agreement, one to be signed and returned to the proprietor.
